Investing in real estate has given our families the financial freedom and the ability to control our time and retire (Joe). After successfully diving into wholesaling, fix&flips, and rentals, we started to realize that one of the best ways to build long term wealth in real estate without managing properties is investing in mortgage notes. After creating and purchasing multiple notes, we realized the wealth building power that investing in notes has to offer.
